DELIVERY SERVICE
Cytech has partnered with MDS Collivery and delivers to virtually any address within South Africa. Using the MDS Collivery nationwide network of 18 hubs ensures that your parcel will get to its destination in the quickest possible time with the least amount of effort.

Our preferred courier service is Road Freight Express. It is a highly cost-effective service suitable for large consolidated consignments. Delivery is typically within 48 to 72 hours, depending on the final destination. Within major centres, consignments are normally delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

Deliveries take place on week days only. Orders placed on Fridays are normally dispatched on the following Monday.

In addition to making use of a courier service, Cytech also provides the opportunity for you to collect directly from our store in Robertsham. Collection hours are as follows:

PRICING (excludes VAT)
Delivery to all main centres will attract a flat rate of R375. The following destinations are currently regarded as main centres:  Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town. As a guideline, any destination situated beyond a 30 km radius of any main centre CBD will be regarded as outlying. Different rates will be applied for outlying areas and you are kindly requested to contact us for further information and pricing.
 
Please Note
  • Courier companies calculate their rates based on volumetric parameters. Packages that are heavier than 10Kg will thus attract additional delivery costs. Should you be unsure or require further information with regards to these additional delivery costs, you are kindly requested to contact us before placing your order.
  • In the absence of prior confirmation, Cytech reserves the right to recoup costs incurred as a result of an already placed order which was cancelled due to additional delivery costs.
 
TRACKING
Once we’ve received confirmation of payment, we’ll send you an e-mail with the tracking details. You may track your parcel by clicking here and then entering your waybill number. If in doubt, please contact us.
 
Please Note
  • The countdown in terms of the delivery period begins once confirmation of payment has been received. For Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT's) and cash deposits this means once the funds reflect in our bank account.
  • Business days are defined as Mondays to Fridays and excludes public holidays.
  • Deliveries will only be made to a physical address within the borders of South Africa.
