Hepco & Becker have produced this Toolbox (or tool tube) for Cut-Out Pannier Frames. With its waterproof screw cap and solid moulded construction it is perfect for tools, tyre repair gear, safety vests or similar items.

• Space is utilized by mounting the toolbox on the inside of the the cut-out pannier frame

• Includes a model specific mounting kit and instruction manual
